Coolaboration, teamwork, brainstorming, charting...ah ye these are simple but effective methods and steps in order to grow, become dynamic and effective in your valuable missions!!! Quality Tools are applicable to everything!!!!! Using Fishbone charts/diagrams doesn't have to be perfect/fancy but using them and brainstorming ASAP after a person is felt to be missing can help document the facts the situations as soon as possible, get various inputs and compare notes to make it a fully rounded information spectrum. Also our human minds are so bombarded with information these days from a variety of sources not to mention all the e-mails, voice messages etc so by writing down and keeping a ongoing log of information gathered , compare and update notes/impressions continously andbe sure its a dynamic type of log/document...have informal,
co mfortable exchange of ideas, brainstorming sessions on a regular basis....work together for the common good, for the answers for the truth.
