Amy Fitzpatrick, 15, has not been seen since the evening of New Years Day, when she left her friends home in the tourist resort of Riviera del Sol, on the Costa del Sol. Amy's family are petitioning for an alert system in Europe similar to the Amber Alert in America so that information about missing children can be disseminated quickly.
